Hostel Maiami Tg. Jiu

Maiami Hostel is located in the center of Targu –Jiu city, on the famous axis of Brancusiworks forming “Calea Eroilor” ( the ”Heroes Path”). Tourists just arrived from a trip can choose a place to rest in one of the 64 seats of 3 stars rated (30 double rooms and one suite for 4 persons).

Most rooms are equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom, Wi-Fi Internet connection, telephone, TV, mini bar.Businessmen can get use of an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a conference hall, where they can invite business partners or organize dinners.

The restaurant on the ground floor of the hostel (80 seats) combines the traditional Romanian cuisine with the regional cuisine. 80 seats are available.

ROOM RATES:

  •  Rates including breakfast, reduced VAT rate of 9% and city tax of 1% of the accommodation rate, excluding VAT, for each night of accommodation:
    1.   two-bedroom suite:
      – 280 Lei/suite;
      – 140 Lei/room/suite;
      – 200 Lei/suite/single.
    2.   twin rooms:
      – 140 Lei/room;
      – 100 Lei/room/single;
      – 200 Lei/room;
      – 130 Lei/room/single;
      – 100 Lei/person in the room.
  1.   double rooms:
    – 140 Lei / room;
    – 100 Lei / room / single;
  • Rates excluding breakfast, including VAT and city tax of 1% of the accommodation rate excluding VAT, for each night of accommodation
    1. two-bedroom suite:
    – 240 Lei / suite;
    – 120 Lei / room / suite;
    – 180 Lei/suite/single.
    2. twin rooms:
    – 100 Lei / room;
    – 80 Lei / room / single;
    3. double rooms:
    – 140 Lei / room;
    – 100 Lei / room / single;
    The city tax is in addition to the accommodation rates.

FACILITIES:

• 10% reduction in the accommodation rates for groups consisting of more than 5 tourists.
• 10% reduction in the accommodation rates for an accommodation period longer than 15 days (business or calendar days);
• No rent charged for festive events hosted in the restaurant, in case the bill/person is at least 50 Lei. Otherwise a rent of 500 Lei/event is charged;
• You can store your valuables (cash, foreign currency, jewelry) for a charge of 1% of their assessed or declared value.
